***I believe Valerie & Jason moved into this apt less than one month ago and were expected to paint and clean up after the former tenant whom I believe was Faith McMullen whom they claimed left the place as a mess but this seems to be the ongoing story. I’m certainly not going to clean when I leave as it was in deplorable, filthy, unsanitary condition when I took over the rest of the apt. Valerie & Jason were paying Corey Fleisher for electricity as the electric was in Corey’s name when I took over and they also stated they were paying Corey Fleisher for electricity. I do not know if they got behind or if Corey was not in good standing with PPL but they had not electricity until I moved in and gave them money for rent.

Hi, I looked at all the locks sitting on the counter and none of them are deadbolts. I brought all the keys that were on the counter to see if any of them would operate it. That dead bolt works if you lock it first before any other lock from inside. I have no key to lock it and the lock you put in opens with a credit card so I don't feel safe leaving the apt. with my belongings inside. Could you please replace it with a deadbolt lock?

Thankyou Cory!!! You and your grandfather seemed to do a good job scrubbing the kitchen floor with the Lysol however the next morning I went in there and I really smelled damp dog pee. Looks like urine behind the floor molding trim got wet and oozed out from behind the molding onto the vinyl. If you put the new flooring into this place my pets and future tenant's pets will smell this old urine which is pretty thick and concentrated and they will continue to be drawn to these urin laden spots.
I did some research online to find a solution that would "eliminate" the odor completely and all posts and reviews indicated the product must be an enzymatic and nothign Oxy powered. I have used "Simple SOluttion Extreme Stain Odor Remover" in the past to clean 3 places before I moved in and the odor was removed and none of my pets ever pee'd on the flooring ! THis is sold at Walmart and Petsmart and I would suggest 3 gallons which would be needed to treat the rest of the rooms. I already did my room before I moved in when Val & Jason subleased to me. The small 1" molding trim should be removed to get to the urine behind all the molding. The floors should be scrubbed with the solution as well becasue they had parties

...where the people pissed around the toilet and vomited and because Val & Jason were enebriated pigs, they allowed that stuff to get tracked all over the house. There is a back (black) film all over the flooring which might be dirt but I think it's garbage juice from the deck and/or black mold spores which are all over the outside roof top from the garbage juice and them dumping dirty buckets of water on the roof and that got tracked all over the inside flooring. An enzymatic should kill the odors and stains. Simple Solution is very good but Sears and Amazon.com carries "Pet Odor Eliminator & Urine Cleaner Professional Strength 3-in-1 Enzyme cleaner by "Rocco & Roxie" which had excellent review for old set in urine removal on carpeting, vinyl and wood flooring.
"Nature's Secret Weapon" which is about $40.00 for 2 1/2 gallon in small concentrated bottle is another excellent product and shouldn't be confused with Nature's Miracle which doesn't work well. I could call these company's to get more info. They all have a 100% gaurantee. I picked up all the trash inside. Put all the furniture and junk in the living room and royally smashed my right hand finger moving the one dresser and am left with Half a finger nail bed which the skin spli (split) open and bled. :-( I can't do any cleaning even with gloves for fear of infection with all the germs and bacteria in the other rooms. I ripped the nail and skin bed open and it's quite painful. I was trying to help get some of this mess cleaned up. :-(

Hey, the flooring here can be painted with that kilz stuff if it eliminates set in urine odor but where the paint can't seal, I'd suggest a "live microbial" product around the perimeter (base board).
***In an earlier oral conversation Corey Fleisher suggested using a paint product called Kilz which I wasn't too sure about but after doing some research I found that it could be used to paint over the middle of the flooring for instance which is what Fleisher wanted to do before putting real flooring down.

I don't have a handle on the refrigerator cause the State Police took it to fingerprint cause someone broke in and stole money from the freezer from a former tenant. It's not just the matter of the dooor not offering saftty from break ins because it's been broken in so many times but there's a huge gap on the side and bottom of the door which permits the nasty fould garbage joice odor along with the freshly hatched flies to come into my apt. Looks like Mike isn't going to put his trash out to the curb again. You put the flooring down last week and he put his nasty leaking bags ontop of it. I knocked on his door and asked him what was up with that and he said he didn't have black bags. I got him one and he put the bags in it but they are still downstairs making the entire place REEEEEK! I also had green freshly hatched flies when the pest control guy was here and thought they hatched from Val's filth but this second time I realized they came from Mike leaking garbage shit for the second time. When I carried Mike's garbage bag to the 1st floor the 12-20 files came out of my apt and did their hovering thing in the hall way. The building reeks from top to bottom floor because the trash is over 2 weeks old :-(

*** WTH? Is this guy for real? NO FLOORING has been put in my apt. They only cleaned the kitchen floor and at that it was scrubbed with a *** X" wide push broom that is meant to clean up gravel or ? They cleaned the stove top but the burners and their trays are missing, rotted, or not working! Two out of four work. The oven is filthy and the hood/vent needs scrubbed but it doesn't work. They didn't clean the ceilings which have fly feces all over them, they didn't clean the walls or paint them and they have stains all over them, they didn't clean the kitchen cupboards or the closets or the bathroom or the living room, there's major accumulation of urine and crud behind the baseboard trim that needs to be removed, scraped up and clean with anti-microbial agents and they want to start bringing my belongings that are being stored for free in the store located at 31 N. 2nd up into such a disgusting, filthy dirty apt???

Other than my bedroom (which I cleaned the rest of the apt is incredibly unsanitary. There is fly feces all over the ceilings predominanrly in the kitchen & hallway (hundreds of dots of fly feces) that kilz might cover up. The flooring is incredibly nasty with some kind of black sticky residue which sticks to your shoes and spreads all over any cleaned portion like the kitchen & bathroom you and your grandfather attempted to clean. After you scrubbed the floor with lysol & left, the water which got behind the molding seeped out and carried the dog and/or cat urine out from behind the molding and surrounds the perimiter. Since you never came back to finish cleaning/sanitizing the apt I bought antimicrobial stuff and cleaning supplies but damaged my ankle and couldn't clean and then I brought my stuff out of storage as you saod (said) I could store in your store below. I have been dealing with major depression because the place is incredibly unsanitary, the door offers no security and the refrigerator keeps making noise like someone is breaking in every hour or so and now it is rumbling loudly. It took me 4 hours to clean the black filth & mold from the fridge only to find the bottom seal is sagging and water leaks

The refrigerator seems to be on it's last leg and I'm afraid I wil loose food. The stove & oven are filthy and two burners don't work. I scoured the tub twice with toilet bowl cleaner but could not get the black fungus/mold out of the seams that should of been caulked. I have a steam cleaner that I will try to use but it should be caulked. There is paint peeling all over the bathroom ceiling. There are hundreds of mouse turds in the closets. The pest control guy was gagging when he looked in the living room closet where Val kept her urine saturated blankets that her stepfather claims she pissed on cause she was high on drugs and didn't want to get out of bed. I suspected the rotted floor infront of the livibg (living) room window where she kept her lounge chair has human urine all over it from her and not the dog. I have to keep windows open due to the incredibly nasty fould odor of urine, vomit and feces that is permiated in the flooring and walls and is nauseating on damp days. There is no molding on trim alongg much of the flooring and cigarette smoke from downstairs comes up into my apt through the wide gaps along the flooring from the 4 smokers downstairs. I also get cigarette odor from Mike's apt come through the wide gaps of the front door. I smell garbage juice in my hallway from my bedroom and suspect garbage is being kept inside the 2nd floor OR it's from the vile nasty garbage juice laden trash Mike was storing outside my door which I had to carry downstairs. Mike should have bought a trash sticker instead of pizza last night. There are maggots and flies and putridly nauseating odors because he wont take out his trash.

My floors need scrubbed, sanitized and laminate flooring you said you'd put in. The ceilings need painted to cover up the fly shit. I already paid for the anti microbial that is needed to clean up the human & animal urine, vomit & feces that is throughout the rest of the apt (which I am not able to use because of the odor and unsanitary conditions) but I broke a bone in my ankle and have been recouperating. The other bedroom is the cleanest and we could start on that. It's closet needs cleaned from fecal matter and painted. I have a roll of vinyl in the store that could be put down but wont cover the entire floor. I can not bring any boxes up myself especially after I damaged my ankle but our original agreement was that if I rented the apt you would bring approximately 400 boxes upstairs because I told you I couldn't afford to pay for storage and movers and was going to look for another place to live but you said you would let me store in your store to save on cost until you fixed the apt up with laminate flooring AND you'd bring my items up and I re-itterated that I have about 400 light weight boxes and you said it would be no problem. I talked to your grandfather today and he said you never would have made such an offer.

I am getting very severely depressed becasue of this situation and it's making it very hard for me to even attempt to do some cleaning which as a landlord you should have done before renting the place. I am on SSI disability for mental trauma and after you guys came and did the bare minimal to this place and never came back to help do more I have become very dispondant. You got my hopes up when you said you'd put flooring in & cleaned the bathroom but when you didn't show I sunk into depression. Again with the door I waited and sunk into depression. After talking to your grandfather I bawled my eyes out. I complained to him politely about the trash not being taken out for weeks and the odor is coming into my apt and he said you guys had nbo (no) control over that and etc. I stated you did and that it was a nuicance which the landlord has to remedy. Maggots, flies and nauseating odor are not acceptable conditions for any tenant to have to put up with. I'd like to use the kitchen, livibg (living) room and other bedroom, decorate and have a nice Christmas but this lack of making the place habitable and making repairs that were promised are causing me severe depression and I am not able to function.

The next door neighbor then proceeded to put his leaking garbage bags onto the new flooring! I made Fleisher aware of this but all he did was take the bags with him. This apt building needs a dumpster but he removed it because people other than the tenants were using it.

Hi Cory,Are you coming this Sat to clean and/or paint the cealings that have hundreds to over a thousand fly fecal spots on them and take care of the human and animal urine, feces & vomit throughout all the flooring in the apt and paint and clean closets which the former tenants had cat litter boxes that were too small and weren't adequate or kept clean and allowed urine and fecal matter to contaminate t he walls, carpeting and flooring beneath the carpet and/or vinyl? So far you've only made an attempt to clean the kitchen and never came back to finish the job. You've stated you already had flooring materials for the bathroom, kitchen & hallway & you've stated numerous times that you'll be over to do work but you cancel last minute or just don't show up. I'm on SSI for mental issues and this is starting to seriously affect me mentally living in these conditions. I'd like to start having my stuff brought upstairs so I can begin organizing my personal belongings and the stuff I want to sell on eBay. I have stuff that needs so (to) be sold for fall and would like to do this in the comfort and warmth of my apt. Other than my bedroom which is clean and odor free the rest of the apt is unsanitary and on damp days reeks of urine odor.
The refrigerator stopped the hammering/pounding noise after you leveled it but it is still making a very loud grinding noise. I mentioned earlier the bottom seal is torn (which I discovered after I spent 4 hours cleaning the filth and black mold to make the fridge sanitary) and air is leaking from the bottom. I just discovered a MASSIVE force of air coming out from the freezer as fast and strong as an air conditioner. I think it's casue the freezer's plastic is broken. I am not able to control the temperature in the fridge part and things freeze in the lower fridge.

I appreciate that you put a new door in last Saturday. That has relieved the stress and fear of someone breaking in through an already comprimised?broken doorway. I am not well mentally and have issues with depression. Not having a nice, clean, sanitary apartment is starting to make me severely depressed. And I am trying to get caught up on rent but all the times you didn't show up to do the work you stated you do caused me to sink into a severe depression which isn't normal but it is part of my disability and when you let me down like that I shut down for 2-7 days and can't do anything including trying to sell on eBay. I am very depressed hearing and seeing the other tenants places and complaints and becoming dispondant that I have to come up with back rent quite litterally for a shit hole that you promised to sanitize, clean and put flooring that you already had down. Now I'm being told that you have to buy flooring and can't until I pay rent.
Please start making my apt habitable and bring my boxes up so I can start selling things and using my belongings. I have to store everything I'musing in my bedroom becasue I don't want the odor or flies to contaminate the few things I have upstairs. I'm not writing to bitch, I'm pleading for you to please make things right up here because it's beginning to severely affect me mentally and therefor financially cause I keep shutting down. Again, I'm very grateful for the door but that took two months and it should never have been rented that way. Again, not bitching, just saying that this isn't fair to me, I've been patient as have you with me but I'm starting to get affected by all this lack of maintenance and very severely depressed and am praying you take care of it as soon as possible. ***What work did Corey do Saturday? This was the day I had a heart to heart with him to call me if he doesn't come. I also told him not to text me so early or to come over so early...I think. I know I agreed to him coming early ONCE because I was desperate but never again after that once cause of the crappy work he did. I wasn't going to be put out because of him. He couldn't start work because he wasn't prepared and had to go out sometimes more than once to get stuff from Heller's Hardware Store!

Ask him what happened to the new tops he put on. (Jason and/or Mike popped them off and left them on the staircase and they were never put back). Ask him if he did anything to the damaged metal stair nose trims. Susan Moffa fell down the stairs and hurt her back and was taken away by an ambulance to Hbg. Hospital I believe. Pat Madden? claimed he tripped over the stairs and tore half of one of his toe nails off.
***A lot of agreements were made orally prior to and at the time of signing the lease. A lot of complaints of conditions were made over the phone and in person to Corey Fleisher and in person to Ronald Fleisher who was painting (doing maintenance on) in the hallways and outside 29/31 N. 2nd St. Once I realized that this landlord was a slumlord as numerous people stated to me after I moved my stuff out of storage and into 31 N. 2nd, I began to document most every complaint in text format.

He only came over when his son didn't have a sports event that Corey had to attend and he rarely ever came on Sundays because he told me that Sundays were spent with his family and church. ***NOTE how I am telling him AFTER 10am which is the EARLIEST I could accommodate him due to my mental issues of nightmares and not being able to wake up. I do not believe he ever texted me back. Will have to check phone logs. I did not get ANY sleep that night as I stayed up all night cleaning the apt. because the landlord told me to clean as he was not going to clean! I was almost finished cleaning all the flooring when I slipped on the plastic 9mil plastic sheeting Corey & Ronald Fleisher put over the 2nd bedroom flooring. The sheeting extended into the hallway by about a foot or so. I carried a bucket of clean water over to the front of the 2nd bedroom's door. I was going to do a final moping of the hallway with clean water and mop from the 2nd bedroom door to my bedroom door but I ended up slipping on the 9 mil sheeting in front of the doorway as I stepped on it and kicked the bucket of water over and I ended up laying in a puddle of water in the middle of the doorway and hallway for 10 minutes as I cried out loud for 10 minutes because I couldn't move or attempt to stand up as every time I tried to move my arm it felt like I had dislocated/broke my collar bone or shoulder and I couldn't even move my arm a fraction of an inch without the most excruciating pain I've ever felt in my life. After 10 minutes of crying out loud I was able to get up off the floor and remove my wet clothing and walk into the bedroom and laid down on the bed with my cell phone beside me. I laid in bed crying for another 10 minutes out loud. The last time I cried like that was when I was a baby. I didn't even cry when I dislocated my ankle and broke/fractured my ankle bones!!! That was the worst pain I have ever endured in my life. I was going to call for an ambulance but being the trooper that I am, I put a bathrobe on and a coat over my shoulders and drove to the food bank at approximately 8am because I had no food and couldn't afford to spend the little bit of money I made from eBay sales because that had to go towards rent! I showed up at the food bank in a robe with a coat on and in tears and looking very disheveled. I was thoroughly humiliated but I needed to get food. They loaded my van and I called an ambulance to the food bank and they drove me to the Hbg. Hospital. Dr. Kreig ordered an X-ray of my shoulder before even seeing me. He never manipulated my arm after the X-ray which showed no broken bones. His nurse gave me instructions to do the Pendulum Swing as physical therapy. I ended up going online and finding about a dozen exercises which pretty much healed and strengthened the muscles around my rotator cuff except for one spot which I brought to the attention of several hospital staff and doctors at Hbg. Hospital when I ended up in there again after tripping over the metal nose trim in the stairs and dislocating and breaking/fracturing my ankle bones and re-injuring my right shoulder. The only thing they did to address my shoulder pain was inject it with a corto-steroidal shot that wore off in less than 17 hours if it even worked at all. I was given Vicoden at 3am on Dec 14, 2013 but was wide awake with excruciating pain at 4am in my shoulder. My shoulder has continued to give me much discomfort and I have been taking Hydromorphine? *** at night for the pain but it became so unbearable and disturbing my sleep that I had to call and ask for an MRI which showed I had a torn rotator cuff muscle! I have been in agonizing pain since November 9, 2013 and misdiagnosed and blown off at Hbg. Hospital by nurses and doctors about my complaints which I made them VERY aware of my shoulder pain issue ORALLY as well as going so far as drawing a line with an ink pen where I had sharp knife like pain. All they did was inject me and never ordered an MRI! At OIP I was told to continue doing the physical therapy that I had on 3 printed pages and showed Dr. ?

Last night was first night I slept with little pain. XRAYS dont show torn rotator cuff nuscles/tendons but that's what Kind of pain I'M dealing with & have been resting it. ***Corey did not respond!!! He blew me off!!! I gave him a post dated check and told him not to cash it till the 5th when my disability check went through. That has been our ORAL agreement since I signed the lease. I had to catch up on the month that my rent was stolen and I told Corey that I had some stuff that had bids on it on eBay and would be paying extra money once I got paid. I DO BELIEVE that THIS WAS the time I had a heart to heart with Corey about blowing me off and not responding and that it was affecting my eBay sales as I was too depressed to post things because of him neglecting to do the stuff that needed done. ***I seriously doubted this jerk would show up on Tuesday because it was going to be around or below freezing temps. This jerk thought that 40 something temps was too cold for him to cut wood outside and when I left him and his grandfather alone in my apt in November for an hour or so and he brought the sawing table into kitchen from the outside porch and began to cut all the laminate wood flooring INSIDE MY APT!!! When I opened my door I was hit by a thick wall of wood dust floating all over the apt!!! I went off on these two buffoons for putting sawdust all over my belongings, the walls, cabinets, etc. Corey Fleisher stated that he see's carpenters sawing wood indoors at the places he is installing cable at all the time. I told him that might be so but they didn't have nick knacks and electronics and stuff all over the place and no real professional would ever saw wood indoors! This just added to MORE work/cleaning that "I" would have to do or hire someone to do because my shoulder has been killing me from all the work I had to do to make the floors sanitary before they put flooring down. I was also furious because the ceilings still had fly feces spots all over it and the walls were filthy because these pigs certainly weren't wanting to do the maintenance, cleaning or sanitizing that was required to make my apt. habitable and this slumlord forced me to have much of my belongings brought upstairs into such an environment and now he put sawdust with glue and other materials as fine particulates all over my apt and belongings!!!
12-13-13 I was walking extremely cautiously down the stairs as I carried a small coffee table in my arms. I leaned against the wall on my left side using my left arm to balance myself. I couldn't use the railing to my right side while holding the boxy table with two hands and didn't feel safe to use the railing because it is not stable as it's been knocked off center several times by previous tenants and the landlord while transporting heavy items like refrigerators and furniture. Every step I took I used my foot to feel for the edge of the step and then let my foot step down as the back of my heel slid down along the back of the step till my foot landed squarely on the next step below me. I made it down about 30 of the 40 stairs until the front of my shoe got hooked under a metal nose trim that was bent up in an upside down V or U shape and I lost my balance. This nose trim was the 2nd step down of 4 from a landing. I couldn't get proper footing and my left foot went flying forward in a desperate attempt to land while still standing but the top of my body began to fly forward and my left foot landed in such a manner the ankle got dislocated and bones broke as the table I was holding slammed into the wall about one yard infront of the bottom landing area my foot landed on (landing, four steps and then another landing with a wall infront...one would then turn to go down about 10 more steps) and the table's two corners ended up making two bruised marks on my left chest area and right shoulder. I was in so much pain from my ankle I could address the pain in my right shoulder. After breaking my ankle and hitting the wall I fell to the side and onto my butt. My back was against the wall I fell face forward into and my leg was on the stairs. I grabbed my ankle and felt a snap or crunch and would not let go of the hold I had on my ankle becuase I thought if I did it would pop out. Turns out it was popped out! Anna Marie Madden from Apt 1 heard the commosion and popped her head out and called the ambulance for me. The tenants from #1, Brynlee and her grandmother were coming into the building, I believe after the EMS guys arrived. All three of these people are lowlifes and liars. Lies are being told that I was wearing high heels and one of the heels broke off. I was wearing a walking shoe with a slight rubber wedge heel that was all one piece from the front of the toe to the back...it was a wedged heel shoe. The entire sole would have had to have torn off and that wasn't the case and it wasn't a high heel. I have a recording of Anna Marie telling the judge that I always wear high heels and blah, blah, blah. I basically asked her a line of questions that made her look like the lying fool that she was and Judge Schectherly ended up putting her in her place by stating he could tell what kind of person she was. I'm assuming he could tell she was jealous of me and was saying things to get in good with the landlord. The EMS guy told me to leave me shoe on my foot to prevent some swelling. The hospital might have video of me entering or being wheeled around with the shoe visible. I'd like for these witnesses to be questioned seperately in private from the others (as I kept them at the DJ's office) about what the shoe looked like, what color it was, which shoe right or left etc. Did the EMS grab the heel? Did I grab the heel? What was done with the broken heel? I'm pretty sure they would all come up with 4-5 very different stories as there was no broken heel and it wasn't a high heel. Pat and his sister were in the apt. and saw me as well. They brought about a dozen witnesses to testify against me at my eviction hearing. Only the landlord Corey Fleisher and Anna testified against me and no one else was heard! I don't know HALF of the witnesses, they are drug using friends of Pat & Anna. I'll elaborate on the trial a little further down from here.
Anna called Corey Fleisher after she called an ambulance for me. I overheard her loud mouth saying "I thought I'd let you know that Eva fell down the steps and hurt her ankle and I called an ambulance. I thought you'd want to know cause you know how she is!" I did not call the landlord on 12-13-13 because he was already put on notice by Anna and I was furious with him at this point because my ankle was broken and Christmas was right around the corner and I was still living in a filthy dirty pig sty and he blew me off since 11-23-13 about finishing the apt and flooring. Then out of the clear blue sky 24 days after the last time he did work on my apt Corey texts me with the following:

***This was the first time I played Corey's game of blowing him off and not responding in a timely manner and let him get a taste of his own medicine! I waited till 8pm to respond. Also, I put him in his place about the early appointments that are not suitable for me and insisted he work around my schedule for a change AND to let me know by a REASONABLE time if he was going to show up on Saturday or not and if he didn't then I would make other plans. I have become sick and tired of waiting around for him to only be blown off and I wanted to make sure he knew that I wasn't going to sit around and wait just to be stood up anymore. That I wanted to hold him accountable for the dates/times he scheduled.

***I had to crawl down 40 disgustingly filthy, vile, sticky, contaminated with garbage juice bacteria and God knows what else, steps on my butt because I could not use the crutches or walker on the stairs to go to the bank to pull out some money. The tellers didn't know how to handle a PayPal debit card cash withdrawal at their window and I got held up. I was at the bank when Corey texted me. I crawled up about 30 of the steps and Corey and Ronald Fleisher where at the top of the 10 stairs in front of me, standing in front of my door. I expressed my disgust of having to come up such filthy dirty stairs and that my jeans were getting ripped up by several of the damaged, bent, crinkled, nose stair trims and several of their protruding nails. Corey then proceeded to hammer at the metal nose trim and the nails protruding from the metal trim with the force of a brut that didn't know any better instead of gently tapping the nails in. By using such force he "dimpled" the trim even worse. The word "dimpled" is his own words which you will see in a future text. Bottom line, he didn't fix the problem but made it worse because he is inept at much of the carpentry work he does. I then crawled up the rest of the steps opened my door and let them in to lay the ceramic tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. Corey had to leave because he didn't bring any spacers to put between the tiles. I believe he had to leave again cause he didn't have enough stuff to lay the tile with. He put three 24" square brown tiles in a diagonal pattern between all the 12" square white tiles. The brown tiles are about 1/8" to 1/4" taller than the surrounding white tiles!!! Not only are they trip hazards but the one brown tile is right in front of the back door and you can't open the door without it catching on the tile itself!!! Corey saws the bottom of the door off leaving about a 1" long gap for the frigid below freezing cold weather to invade my home as well as MICE! I've killed 2 so far :-( Seeing dead mice is very traumatizing for me. Ever since I got PTSD I have been adversely affected by even seeing road kill and it's even worse knowing that "I" am causing the pain and suffering for these poor animals that are getting caught in my mouse traps!
I had surgery on 12-14-13 and came home from the hospital on 12-15-13. Not only was my foot in a cast and the landlord was made aware of the fact that I dislocated my ankle and broke two bones but my shoulder apparently got reinjured or aggravated when I fell into the wall on 12-13-13 and I had great difficulty using the crutches or walker because it hurt my torn muscle in my shoulder to put pressure on my arm/shoulder. Even so, this slumlord expected me to play hopscotch with a broken ankle and on pain medication JUST ONE WEEK AFTER MAJOR FOOT SURGERY through a landmine of protruding spacers to get to a door and put a towel in front of it. I did walk over to the door to put some trash outside and take pictures of the raised tile but with much difficulty and actually knocked over some of the spacers and domino like ceramic spacers which caused me to royally stub my 4th toe into the walker and it felt like I severely bruised it. I took some pictures of this bullshit and then hopped away from it. I recently had X-rays of my right foot's 4th toe because it still hurts. I was told there are no broken bones but I am going to request an MRI because my toe should not hurt as it does after 9 weeks.

The protruding spacers need removed and grout between the tile. I cannot get to the door in my condition, with a walker to put a towel infront of the 1" gap from the sawed door you left and this has left my apt open for mice to come in from the hazardous rotting deck that has shards of wood protruding that I can trip over. I've complained aobut the tenants messing up the stairs, railings and banisters and you never fixed all those issues nor removed the rotting hazardous deck and I tripped on one of your hazardous stair trims withprotruding nails and broke my ankle. I complained to you in person on Dec 20th about the strips and nails and stated that they were now tearing up my jeans becasue I have to go up and down the stairs on my but and the only th thing you did was hammer down my first set of stairs but you never did the rest of the stairs throughout the building and they are potential trip'fall hazards and will continue to shred my clothes up. I can't hold onto your railing or banisters very well for fear of them giving way when I use one crutch and the rails as support because you never braced the broken/damaged rails/banisters that tenants have broken moving things in and out. I fear going onto the deck as it is let alone with crutches becasue of the protruding rotted spikes of wood. Your grandfather was supposed to remove that over two months ago but instead he was painting your hallways and outside garages. I slipped and fell one month ago on the slippery 9ml plastic you put down but didn't complain. I put down my own vinyl to make it SAFE. I am beyond pissed over my broken bones and how you tried to force the stuff stored in the store up here without the flooring being laid and how long this is taking. ***I reminded Corey that I have a broken ankle and am to stay off of it but he came back on 12-28-13 to finish the tile grouting AND LEFT A MESS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE MY APT! He left debris all over the outside porch, much of which is still out there. He left furniture and appliances that he moved out of the way IN MY WAY. He also left instructions for me to stay off the kitchen flooring for 3 days and then to wipe up the grout from the flooring by sponge cleaning it several times. WTH??? I just texted this slumlord that I needed to stay off my foot. How did he expect me to get on my hands and knees to wipe up the dried grout all over the tile??? As it is, two months later, I have tried to mop the floor standing (I am allowed to walk on my foot) and I can not get the dried on encrusted grout off the floor. I would have to scour it away or chip away at it. Dirt/debris is getting stuck on it. I can't scour anything with my shoulder as it is. I can type because the torn muscle is not affected by me typing. It just hurts if I move it a certain way or if I lay down. It's very painful at night and I have to take a pain killer just to sleep. Corey and/or Ronald Fleisher had damaged a tile in front of the refrigerator. The smashed it to pieces. Instead of replacing it with another piece of tile which they had plenty left over of, they came back and put an unsightly glob of epoxy glue over it! They put a door draft trim on the bottom of the door which made it incredibly difficult for me and others to open the door to the back deck to put trash out because it kept getting caught on the tall brown tile. This trim is now shredded up.

It has been 7 days since you put tile down without putting grout between them making a very unsafe surface for a person let alone a person with an injured foot to walk on. You also cut the bottom of the door off leaving a 1" gap the along the bottom of the door which allows the freezing cold and mice to gain access to my apt. If you do not finish the jobs you were supposed to do I will use the rent monies to hire people to do the work. The stairs are still hazardous with uneven trim and protruding nails. When you were at my apt. waiting for me to come up the last flight of stairs on my butt because I can't use crutches on the stairs yet I complained about the condition of the stairs again and the only thing you did was hammer some nails on that last flight of stairs before my door. Not only did you not do a good enough job but you neglected the rest of the 30 some steps! I have nurses, aides and therapists coming on a weekly basis and I have t warn them to be very careful on your stairs because of the protruding nails and damaged metal strips that are curled up as I broke my ankle becasue of these neglected stairs. I've complained about the condition of the stairs along with the filth and garbage juice on the carpeting and on the 21st I complained again stating that I have to crawl up the stairs on my butt and it's filthy and the protruding nails are tearing up my jeans. The only thing you did was hamer a few nails on the last few steps before me. If your damaged trim or protruding nails tear open my skin and not just my jeans I will cal an ambulance to take me to the ER for a tetanus shot at your expense. The cold air from the door and broken refrigerator are making my apt very uncomfortable and you never bothered to fix the leaking window like many other things you were supposed to fix or repair. The tub was never caulked either, etc. etc. etc. I am not paying any more money until things that were promised to be done are done adn/or I will pay contractors.

The conditions of your stairs 7 or 1 year ago has no relevance on the conditions of your stairs now or 3 months ago. You were made aware of the fact tht Jason damaged the railing and steps bringing heavy furniture up and down your stairs on two occaisions when you were here. Nails are protruding and the trim is twisted and bent throughout the stairways because of Jason and other tenants. You are very lucky you did not break your neck on your hazardous stairs. I was not so lucky and dislocated my ankle and broke two bones! Pat claims he tore his toe's nail off it's bed because of the damaged trim on your stairs recently. I am telling you my foot got snagged on one of your damaged steps and all you can say is no one else has complained? Wow! What kind of person are you?!? Make the stairs safe or I'll have a judge order you to do so! I am highly pissed off that I can not walk for 3 months and after that I can not walk for more than a couple blocks for MONTHS and will have pain and difficulty for a year or more! I complain about your unsanitary garbage ladden steps that I have to sit on to go down and contaminate and tear up my clothing from protruding nails and torn/bent metal trim and unsanitary stairs and the higher risk of tearing the skin on my hands or butt if I have to use your stairs and you have the nerve to spew bullshit that no one else has ever complained? The people coming to help me are apalled that even after I got injured you did not fix the stairs and did a half assed job trying to fix the one flight ONLY infront of my door! I am crippled and am very unsteady on my one good leg, using either crutches or walker and you left a land mine of protruding spacers that you later sent Jason to remove at which he did a poor job probably cause he llooked like he was under the influence. It has been very dangerous for me to step on the kitchen floor tiles with no grout between them with gaps that catch my one good foot and/or the crutches or walker's bottoms. What kind of person are you to leave the flooring in such a dangerous condition for a crippled person to have to risk falling and further injury? Unbelievable!!! It's difficult to get around on crutches and you have left large raised boards ontop of the flooring under the stove adn the malfunctioning refrigerator (which needs replaced but you blow that off too). The board infront of the fridge is infront of the kitchen entrance way and makes getting into the kitchen very difficult as it is in the way, raised and there is a narrow space I have to squeeze through while avoiding the unfinished tiles with cracks that can make me loose footing. You should have finished this project within three days and now 8 days later you are telling me my safety will remain at jeopardy for several days longer? What kind of inhumane person are you?!!!

Whether I was wearing high heels or not is neither here nor there. My short heeled shoe got snagged on the 2nd step of 4 after Pat's apt. and that is still one of many hazardous metal strips. Even if I was wearing high heels WHICH I'VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH the ISSUE IS NOT MY FOOTWEAR, IT IS YOUR HAZARDOUS STAIRS! I have the left SHORT HEALED shoe which I can't wear on my casted left foot and it has a mark from where it got snagged on your raised trim. Yes, I was carrying a table and tHerefor WAS EVEN MORE CAUTIOUS WITH EACH AND EVERY STEP I TOOK becasue I could not look down so with EVERY SINGLE STEP I extended one foot forward, lowered it slowly as I felt for the back of EVERY SINGLE STEP and then used the BACK OF MY HEEL ALONG THE BACK OF EACH STEP TILL I REACHED THE TOPOF THE NEXT STEP! Once my foot got a steady balance on the next step I moved the other foot forward until I reached the end of that step and would begin to slide the back of that foot down the back of the next step till I reached the next step and was able to stand steady on that foot before I moved the other foot again. It was after I gained a steady foothold and felt safe to move the foot behind me foward when my foot got SNAGGED ON YOUR DAMAGED AND RAISED TRIM and "THAT" is how I became crippled and my rotator cuff re-injured WHICH GOT JUNURED CAUSE YOU WERE TOO CHEAP TO PUT DOWN PROPER FLOORING IN THE 2ND BEDROOM AND YOU PUT 9ML SLIPPERY PLASTIC DOWN FOR ME TO WALK ON! Trust me, I'd LOVE to move out of this hellhole but can not afford to do so, so I will have to rely on the law to make you uphold your landlord duties.

***Corey and Ronald Fleisher finished the flooring and left stuff all over the place and did not clean up the tile. He asked for rent and I gave him a 5 page letter with a list of issues that were hand written. I took a photograph of the letter before giving it to him. Corey and Ronald Fleisher started berating me verbally inside my apartment. Corey was saying stuff that I didn't want to argue with him about because he was not being reasonable and I asked them to leave, get out of my apartment but they continued verbally accosting me as they made their way to the door. Corey kept his foot in the doorway preventing me from closing the door on them to stop the harassment. Corey was yelling at me and pointing his finger in my face as he was yelling that he is not a liar. I yelled back at him stating that he was too a liar and to get his foot out of the door. Ronald Fleisher was yelling at me as well and then Anna Madden came out of her apartment from down below and started to verbally accost me as well. The Fleisher's had stopped into the Madden's residence prior to coming to my place. I am assuming he filled them in with his issues with me and Anna thought it was her place to come out and verbally assault me as she spread malicious lies about me. She stated that I had problems with other landlords and had spread cat shit all over the last place I lived! I actually owned that mobile home and got illegally evicted. The landlord, Frank Perano is in Federal Prison for being negligent in maintaining his properties (dumping raw sewage into waterways and providing contaminated water for his tenants) and the last thing I would have done was cause damage to the mobile home I had fixed up to resell and raised it's value to be worth $10-$12,000.00 and I would get double or treble the value of the home once I won my lawsuit. When Anna started to tear into me spreading slanderous lies to the landlord in an attempt to make me lose the roof over my head I put an end to her verbal assault and said "At least I still have both my breasts." This made her and her husband Pat shut up and withdraw from attacking me and Corey and Ronald left. God knows I felt bad for saying what I did but I was under verbal assault from four adults that were attacking a mentally traumatized individual and that was the only way I could get Corey to get his foot out of my door and get all of them to shut up and retreat from attacking me.
***Corey Fleisher more than likely bolstered the tenants below me to become combative ("you know how she is" comment on 12-13-13 indicated the landlord and those tenants talk about me behind my back) and therefore making my peace/quiet compromised with intent.
***Corey and Ronald then went downstairs and entered Pat and Anna's apartment. He then went to DJ Shechterly's office and posted an eviction hearing notice on my door.
***I was not given a ten day notice as required by law and my lease does not wave such a right.
***I was verbally ganged up on/assaulted 3 more times by Pat and Anna. Once a blonde haired lady who was helping me bring some groceries upstairs was witness to this attack. Her mother lives across the street, next block up. I was telling her about how I fell down the stairs because of the trim and telling her to be careful as I was going up the stairs while on my butt and Anna came out as we got by her doorway and started yelling at me asking me what my problem was with her! I yelled back at her "What is my problem with you? What is your problem with me?!? You're the one coming out of their apartment and attacking me by spreading malicious false lies to Corey. What is your problem with me?!?" The other time I was by myself. Pat came out of his apt. and into the hallway and was laughing his head off at me while I stood outside the building waiting for someone to walk by and ask them to help me bring some groceries upstairs. The last time was when the landlord came to install smoke alarms and Pat and Anna started spewing assaults again. This type of behavior was instigated by the landlord.

You need to put carpeting at the base of the stairs. Your tile is extremely slippery from melted snow and I slipped on your wet tile.
****Ron? a taxi cab driver from Reading Cab was slipping/sliding on the tile in front of the building's entrance door as he was trying to help me stand up from the sitting position I was in from having come down the stairs on my butt. I had much difficulty trying to stand up because it was like an ice skating rink. The driver had even more difficulty trying to enter the property at 31 N. 2nd St. where my wheelchair was stored. To date Corey Fleisher has not put a mat at either of these properties. I brought this to the attention of the Newport Borough Council in January but they have been derelict of their duties of enforcing zoning laws for over four months now.

There is no hot water. All electric fuses are on in fuse box upstairs. You were made aware of the fact that there was an issue with the hot water heater over 4 months ago and you stated you thought an element was out becasue I only got 5 minutes of hot water. There is hot water now!?! There was NO hot water when I texted you and I let the water run for 2-3 minutes and only got cold water. Is someone else on my water line? This past week I tried to wash dishes and the water turned cold in less than 2-3 minutes. The guy I hired to inspect my apt. timed the water to last only 5 minutes which is how it's been for the 4 months I've been here and this morning NO hot or lukewarm water...just cold. I turned the electricity to the hot water off at the fuse box just now.
***Corey Fleisher fixed the burnt out element (I think) and instead of turning the scalding hot water down as I requested him to do he turned it up hotter! This is costing me extra electricity and is uncomfortable when the water gets too hot. I have not been able to tell him about this because I was preparing for the trial and afterwards I was physically threatened by Ronald Fleisher.
Judge Schechterly stated he would have to take 3 days to look into the "Warrant of Habitability" laws before he passed any judgment. Schechterly clearly has very little knowledge in regard to landlord/tenant laws because he made statements about how it was normal to have mice (rodent infestation) and that he could order that the dirty oven with only two working burners and none working exhaust fan and the noisy, rumbling, pounding, leaking water and frigid air refrigerator be REMOVED and then I would have NOTHING to use! By law, if a landlord rents an apartment with appliances they HAVE to be working and repaired if they break down EVEN THOUGH my lease states otherwise! Schechterly refused to allow Commonwealth Codes Inspection's agent's 3 page right of code violations (which Schechterly had a copy of prior to the trial along with a copy of the lease). Schechterly then ruled against the landlord and against me and we both owe the court cost fees!
How can a tenant withhold rent due to Warrant of Habitability and other issues and the judge rule in favor of that tenant by stating they found that the landlord breached the Warrant of Habitability but ONLY by not having smoke alarms and a fire escape and until those are installed the tenant's rent would be $325.00 up to and including February and all I, the tenant would owe the landlord is $100.00 instead of $1,850 some dollars? ***Landlord texted on Wednesday asking if he could install smoke alarms that night (giving me a 1-2 hour notice) but I texted back I wasn't home. He then texted back that he would "have to" install them "this Saturday" I figured that there was no reason to return an answer because he had stated that he would "HAVE TO" install them that it was not up for argument. I assumed he would show up but he didn't. at 7:07am asking if he could install a couple smoke alarms and I went off on him for waking me up so early because he knew better than to contact me before 11 or 1pm because I don't sleep too well. With EVERYTHING that has transpired I snapped at him and chastised him for texting me so early and waking me up and that it upset me so much that I didn't want to see him till the following week because I needed to calm down for all the chaos and calamity this man has caused in my life.
Saturday, I had a young 14 year old boy helping me around the house (to take the trash bags out) and he was witness to the Corey and Ronald's actions when they came to install the smoke alarms at all the resident's dwellings. Apparently Corey made no attempt to install them on Wednesday when he gave me less than reasonable notice of just a couple hours at a time I wasn't even at home to permit him to gain access to my apartment!

***I believe Valerie & Jason moved into this apt less than one month ago and were expected to paint and clean up after the former tenant whom I believe was Faith McMullen whom they claimed left the place as a mess but this seems to be the ongoing story. Hi, I looked at all the locks sitting on the counter and none of them are deadbolts. I brought all the keys that were on the counter to see if any of them would operate it. That dead bolt works if you lock it first before any other lock from inside. I have no key to lock it and the lock you put in opens with a credit card so I don't feel safe leaving the apt. with my belongings inside. Could you please replace it with a deadbolt lock?

Thankyou Cory!!! You and your grandfather seemed to do a good job scrubbing the kitchen floor with the Lysol however the next morning I went in there and I really smelled damp dog pee. Looks like urine behind the floor molding trim got wet and oozed out from behind the molding onto the vinyl. If you put the new flooring into this place my pets and future tenant's pets will smell this old urine which is pretty thick and concentrated and they will continue to be drawn to these urin laden spots.
I did some research online to find a solution that would "eliminate" the odor completely and all posts and reviews indicated the product must be an enzymatic and nothign Oxy powered. I have used "Simple SOluttion Extreme Stain Odor Remover" in the past to clean 3 places before I moved in and the odor was removed and none of my pets ever pee'd on the flooring ! THis is sold at Walmart and Petsmart and I would suggest 3 gallons which would be needed to treat the rest of the rooms. I already did my room before I moved in when Val & Jason subleased to me. The small 1" molding trim should be removed to get to the urine behind all the molding. The floors should be scrubbed with the solution as well becasue they had parties

...where the people pissed around the toilet and vomited and because Val & Jason were enebriated pigs, they allowed that stuff to get tracked all over the house. There is a back (black) film all over the flooring which might be dirt but I think it's garbage juice from the deck and/or black mold spores which are all over the outside roof top from the garbage juice and them dumping dirty buckets of water on the roof and that got tracked all over the inside flooring. An enzymatic should kill the odors and stains. Simple Solution is very good but Sears and Amazon.com carries "Pet Odor Eliminator & Urine Cleaner Professional Strength 3-in-1 Enzyme cleaner by "Rocco & Roxie" which had excellent review for old set in urine removal on carpeting, vinyl and wood flooring.
"Nature's Secret Weapon" which is about $40.00 for 2 1/2 gallon in small concentrated bottle is another excellent product and shouldn't be confused with Nature's Miracle which doesn't work well. I could call these company's to get more info. They all have a 100% gaurantee. I picked up all the trash inside. Put all the furniture and junk in the living room and royally smashed my right hand finger moving the one dresser and am left with Half a finger nail bed which the skin spli (split) open and bled. :-( I can't do any cleaning even with gloves for fear of infection with all the germs and bacteria in the other rooms. I ripped the nail and skin bed open and it's quite painful. I was trying to help get some of this mess cleaned up. :-(

Hey, the flooring here can be painted with that kilz stuff if it eliminates set in urine odor but where the paint can't seal, I'd suggest a "live microbial" product around the perimeter (base board).
***In an earlier oral conversation Corey Fleisher suggested using a paint product called Kilz which I wasn't too sure about but after doing some research I found that it could be used to paint over the middle of the flooring for instance which is what Fleisher wanted to do before putting real flooring down.

It's not just the matter of the dooor not offering saftty from break ins because it's been broken in so many times but there's a huge gap on the side and bottom of the door which permits the nasty fould garbage joice odor along with the freshly hatched flies to come into my apt. Looks like Mike isn't going to put his trash out to the curb again. You put the flooring down last week and he put his nasty leaking bags ontop of it. I knocked on his door and asked him what was up with that and he said he didn't have black bags. I got him one and he put the bags in it but they are still downstairs making the entire place REEEEEK! I also had green freshly hatched flies when the pest control guy was here and thought they hatched from Val's filth but this second time I realized they came from Mike leaking garbage shit for the second time. When I carried Mike's garbage bag to the 1st floor the 12-20 files came out of my apt and did their hovering thing in the hall way. The building reeks from top to bottom floor because the trash is over 2 weeks old :-(

*** WTH? Is this guy for real? NO FLOORING has been put in my apt. They only cleaned the kitchen floor and at that it was scrubbed with a *** X" wide push broom that is meant to clean up gravel or ? They cleaned the stove top but the burners and their trays are missing, rotted, or not working! Two out of four work. The oven is filthy and the hood/vent needs scrubbed but it doesn't work. They didn't clean the ceilings which have fly feces all over them, they didn't clean the walls or paint them and they have stains all over them, they didn't clean the kitchen cupboards or the closets or the bathroom or the living room, there's major accumulation of urine and crud behind the baseboard trim that needs to be removed, scraped up and clean with anti-microbial agents and they want to start bringing my belongings that are being stored for free in the store located at 31 N. 2nd up into such a disgusting, filthy dirty apt???

Other than my bedroom (which I cleaned the rest of the apt is incredibly unsanitary. There is fly feces all over the ceilings predominanrly in the kitchen & hallway (hundreds of dots of fly feces) that kilz might cover up. The flooring is incredibly nasty with some kind of black sticky residue which sticks to your shoes and spreads all over any cleaned portion like the kitchen & bathroom you and your grandfather attempted to clean. After you scrubbed the floor with lysol & left, the water which got behind the molding seeped out and carried the dog and/or cat urine out from behind the molding and surrounds the perimiter. Since you never came back to finish cleaning/sanitizing the apt I bought antimicrobial stuff and cleaning supplies but damaged my ankle and couldn't clean and then I brought my stuff out of storage as you saod (said) I could store in your store below. I have been dealing with major depression because the place is incredibly unsanitary, the door offers no security and the refrigerator keeps making noise like someone is breaking in every hour or so and now it is rumbling loudly. It took me 4 hours to clean the black filth & mold from the fridge only to find the bottom seal is sagging and water leaks

The refrigerator seems to be on it's last leg and I'm afraid I wil loose food. The stove & oven are filthy and two burners don't work. I suspected the rotted floor infront of the livibg (living) room window where she kept her lounge chair has human urine all over it from her and not the dog. I have to keep windows open due to the incredibly nasty fould odor of urine, vomit and feces that is permiated in the flooring and walls and is nauseating on damp days. There is no molding on trim alongg much of the flooring and cigarette smoke from downstairs comes up into my apt through the wide gaps along the flooring from the 4 smokers downstairs. I also get cigarette odor from Mike's apt come through the wide gaps of the front door. I smell garbage juice in my hallway from my bedroom and suspect garbage is being kept inside the 2nd floor OR it's from the vile nasty garbage juice laden trash Mike was storing outside my door which I had to carry downstairs. My floors need scrubbed, sanitized and laminate flooring you said you'd put in. The ceilings need painted to cover up the fly shit. I already paid for the anti microbial that is needed to clean up the human & animal urine, vomit & feces that is throughout the rest of the apt (which I am not able to use because of the odor and unsanitary conditions) but I broke a bone in my ankle and have been recouperating. The other bedroom is the cleanest and we could start on that. It's closet needs cleaned from fecal matter and painted. I have a roll of vinyl in the store that could be put down but wont cover the entire floor. I can not bring any boxes up myself especially after I damaged my ankle but our original agreement was that if I rented the apt you would bring approximately 400 boxes upstairs because I told you I couldn't afford to pay for storage and movers and was going to look for another place to live but you said you would let me store in your store to save on cost until you fixed the apt up with laminate flooring AND you'd bring my items up and I re-itterated that I have about 400 light weight boxes and you said it would be no problem. I am getting very severely depressed becasue of this situation and it's making it very hard for me to even attempt to do some cleaning which as a landlord you should have done before renting the place. I am on SSI disability for mental trauma and after you guys came and did the bare minimal to this place and never came back to help do more I have become very dispondant. You got my hopes up when you said you'd put flooring in & cleaned the bathroom but when you didn't show I sunk into depression. Again with the door I waited and sunk into depression. Hi Cory,Are you coming this Sat to clean and/or paint the cealings that have hundreds to over a thousand fly fecal spots on them and take care of the human and animal urine, feces & vomit throughout all the flooring in the apt and paint and clean closets which the former tenants had cat litter boxes that were too small and weren't adequate or kept clean and allowed urine and fecal matter to contaminate t he walls, carpeting and flooring beneath the carpet and/or vinyl? So far you've only made an attempt to clean the kitchen and never came back to finish the job. You've stated you already had flooring materials for the bathroom, kitchen & hallway & you've stated numerous times that you'll be over to do work but you cancel last minute or just don't show up. I'm on SSI for mental issues and this is starting to seriously affect me mentally living in these conditions. I'd like to start having my stuff brought upstairs so I can begin organizing my personal belongings and the stuff I want to sell on eBay. I have stuff that needs so (to) be sold for fall and would like to do this in the comfort and warmth of my apt. Other than my bedroom which is clean and odor free the rest of the apt is unsanitary and on damp days reeks of urine odor.
The refrigerator stopped the hammering/pounding noise after you leveled it but it is still making a very loud grinding noise. I mentioned earlier the bottom seal is torn (which I discovered after I spent 4 hours cleaning the filth and black mold to make the fridge sanitary) and air is leaking from the bottom. I just discovered a MASSIVE force of air coming out from the freezer as fast and strong as an air conditioner. I think it's casue the freezer's plastic is broken. I am not able to control the temperature in the fridge part and things freeze in the lower fridge.
Continued...PLEASE, please start making this place habitable. I have been stuck in my room which I had cleaned and made sanitary and put vinyl and carpeting down and it's the only clean area in here. I appreciate that you put a new door in last Saturday. That has relieved the stress and fear of someone breaking in through an already comprimised?broken doorway. I am not well mentally and have issues with depression. Not having a nice, clean, sanitary apartment is starting to make me severely depressed. The odor from Mike's (3rd floor tenant) is nauseating and is permeating the hallways adn my apt along with flys. It is your duty as a landlord to keep the hallways sanitary and talk to your tenant. I told you that was very generous of you but I am low income because I am on SSI for mental and physical conditions, that I had major back surgery and have ongoing dibilitating back/leg problems and that I couldn't physically bring 400 some boxes up 3 stories nor afford to pay for others to do that and pay for a uhaul and rent. You stated you would bring the boxes up. A couple weeks ago your grandfather and recently now you stated the stuff in your store has to be brought up because you have someone wanting to rent the place. I told your grandfather my apt would have to be fixed and that you said you'd bring everything up and he said you never would have agreed to that. This has all been making me very sick adn depressed and I can't emotionally handle much more negativity. Please start doing the right thing as a landlord and make the ceiling and floors sanitary and put in proper flooring and not 9mil plastic. I have a lot of personal nicknacks, clothing and shoes that are in 3/4's of the boxes. The rest will be sold on eBay. Once my eBay stuff is sold I was going to start doing my wedding photography again (not from the apt but I do have about 20 boxes of wedding album inventory) but not one of your closets are fit to open becasue of the mouse urine and fecal matter plus human and pet urine and feces in them. Even the pest control guy began to gag when he opened the door! At $525.00 I expect a nice clean apt to live and work out of (selling on eBay) but two months later going on three I am stuck in one single room and starting to get severely depressed. I know you have your own problems and I am VERY grateful that you are allowing me to stay here even after I couldn't pay anything after Bubba Bohn and TJ ripped me off (still under investigation, TJ is in prison & Bubba just had a burglary trial for another theft)...
And I am trying to get caught up on rent but all the times you didn't show up to do the work you stated you do caused me to sink into a severe depression which isn't normal but it is part of my disability and when you let me down like that I shut down for 2-7 days and can't do anything including trying to sell on eBay. I am very depressed hearing and seeing the other tenants places and complaints and becoming dispondant that I have to come up with back rent quite litterally for a shit hole that you promised to sanitize, clean and put flooring that you already had down. Now I'm being told that you have to buy flooring and can't until I pay rent.
Please start making my apt habitable and bring my boxes up so I can start selling things and using my belongings. I have to store everything I'musing in my bedroom becasue I don't want the odor or flies to contaminate the few things I have upstairs. I'm not writing to bitch, I'm pleading for you to please make things right up here because it's beginning to severely affect me mentally and therefor financially cause I keep shutting down. Again, I'm very grateful for the door but that took two months and it should never have been rented that way. I know I agreed to him coming early ONCE because I was desperate but never again after that once cause of the crappy work he did. I wasn't going to be put out because of him. Ask him what happened to the new tops he put on. (Jason and/or Mike popped them off and left them on the staircase and they were never put back). Ask him if he did anything to the damaged metal stair nose trims. Susan Moffa fell down the stairs and hurt her back and was taken away by an ambulance to Hbg. Hospital I believe. Pat Madden? claimed he tripped over the stairs and tore half of one of his toe nails off.
***A lot of agreements were made orally prior to and at the time of signing the lease. A lot of complaints of conditions were made over the phone and in person to Corey Fleisher and in person to Ronald Fleisher who was painting (doing maintenance on) in the hallways and outside 29/31 N. 2nd St. Once I realized that this landlord was a slumlord as numerous people stated to me after I moved my stuff out of storage and into 31 N. 2nd, I began to document most every complaint in text format.

***NOTE how I am telling him AFTER 10am which is the EARLIEST I could accommodate him due to my mental issues of nightmares and not being able to wake up. I do not believe he ever texted me back. Will have to check phone logs. I did not get ANY sleep that night as I stayed up all night cleaning the apt. because the landlord told me to clean as he was not going to clean! I was almost finished cleaning all the flooring when I slipped on the plastic 9mil plastic sheeting Corey & Ronald Fleisher put over the 2nd bedroom flooring. The sheeting extended into the hallway by about a foot or so. I carried a bucket of clean water over to the front of the 2nd bedroom's door. I was going to do a final moping of the hallway with clean water and mop from the 2nd bedroom door to my bedroom door but I ended up slipping on the 9 mil sheeting in front of the doorway as I stepped on it and kicked the bucket of water over and I ended up laying in a puddle of water in the middle of the doorway and hallway for 10 minutes as I cried out loud for 10 minutes because I couldn't move or attempt to stand up as every time I tried to move my arm it felt like I had dislocated/broke my collar bone or shoulder and I couldn't even move my arm a fraction of an inch without the most excruciating pain I've ever felt in my life. After 10 minutes of crying out loud I was able to get up off the floor and remove my wet clothing and walk into the bedroom and laid down on the bed with my cell phone beside me. I laid in bed crying for another 10 minutes out loud. The last time I cried like that was when I was a baby. I didn't even cry when I dislocated my ankle and broke/fractured my ankle bones!!! That was the worst pain I have ever endured in my life. I was going to call for an ambulance but being the trooper that I am, I put a bathrobe on and a coat over my shoulders and drove to the food bank at approximately 8am because I had no food and couldn't afford to spend the little bit of money I made from eBay sales because that had to go towards rent! I showed up at the food bank in a robe with a coat on and in tears and looking very disheveled. I was thoroughly humiliated but I needed to get food. They loaded my van and I called an ambulance to the food bank and they drove me to the Hbg. Hospital. Dr. Kreig ordered an X-ray of my shoulder before even seeing me. He never manipulated my arm after the X-ray which showed no broken bones. His nurse gave me instructions to do the Pendulum Swing as physical therapy. I ended up going online and finding about a dozen exercises which pretty much healed and strengthened the muscles around my rotator cuff except for one spot which I brought to the attention of several hospital staff and doctors at Hbg. Hospital when I ended up in there again after tripping over the metal nose trim in the stairs and dislocating and breaking/fracturing my ankle bones and re-injuring my right shoulder. The only thing they did to address my shoulder pain was inject it with a corto-steroidal shot that wore off in less than 17 hours if it even worked at all. I was given Vicoden at 3am on Dec 14, 2013 but was wide awake with excruciating pain at 4am in my shoulder. My shoulder has continued to give me much discomfort and I have been taking Hydromorphine? *** at night for the pain but it became so unbearable and disturbing my sleep that I had to call and ask for an MRI which showed I had a torn rotator cuff muscle! I have been in agonizing pain since November 9, 2013 and misdiagnosed and blown off at Hbg. Hospital by nurses and doctors about my complaints which I made them VERY aware of my shoulder pain issue ORALLY as well as going so far as drawing a line with an ink pen where I had sharp knife like pain. All they did was inject me and never ordered an MRI! At OIP I was told to continue doing the physical therapy that I had on 3 printed pages and showed Dr. ?

awesome!!! I can't take aspirin products cause it makes me bleed but had to take last nite after trying to scrub bathroom floor & couldn't due to pain. Last night was first night I slept with little pain. XRAYS dont show torn rotator cuff nuscles/tendons but that's what Kind of pain I'M dealing with & have been resting it. Cory, the stuff in living room needs to be moved to finished flooring in kitchen & hallway and some in 2nd bedroom. The living room needs scrubbed and sanitized before flooring is put down before the rest of the boxes are brought up to the living room. I have had no sleep and the bathroom is scrubbed & clean.

***Corey did not respond!!! He blew me off!!! I gave him a post dated check and told him not to cash it till the 5th when my disability check went through. That has been our ORAL agreement since I signed the lease. I had to catch up on the month that my rent was stolen and I told Corey that I had some stuff that had bids on it on eBay and would be paying extra money once I got paid. I DO BELIEVE that THIS WAS the time I had a heart to heart with Corey about blowing me off and not responding and that it was affecting my eBay sales as I was too depressed to post things because of him neglecting to do the stuff that needed done. Caulk and trim need put down throughout as well becasue I have asthma and the excessive smoke from over 4 chain smokers partying on the weekends is detrimental to my jealth (health) and the kitchen reeks from urine odor. ***I seriously doubted this jerk would show up on Tuesday because it was going to be around or below freezing temps. This jerk thought that 40 something temps was too cold for him to cut wood outside and when I left him and his grandfather alone in my apt in November for an hour or so and he brought the sawing table into kitchen from the outside porch and began to cut all the laminate wood flooring INSIDE MY APT!!! When I opened my door I was hit by a thick wall of wood dust floating all over the apt!!! I went off on these two buffoons for putting sawdust all over my belongings, the walls, cabinets, etc. Corey Fleisher stated that he see's carpenters sawing wood indoors at the places he is installing cable at all the time. I told him that might be so but they didn't have nick knacks and electronics and stuff all over the place and no real professional would ever saw wood indoors! This just added to MORE work/cleaning that "I" would have to do or hire someone to do because my shoulder has been killing me from all the work I had to do to make the floors sanitary before they put flooring down. I was also furious because the ceilings still had fly feces spots all over it and the walls were filthy because these pigs certainly weren't wanting to do the maintenance, cleaning or sanitizing that was required to make my apt. habitable and this slumlord forced me to have much of my belongings brought upstairs into such an environment and now he put sawdust with glue and other materials as fine particulates all over my apt and belongings!!!
12-13-13 I was walking extremely cautiously down the stairs as I carried a small coffee table in my arms. I leaned against the wall on my left side using my left arm to balance myself. I couldn't use the railing to my right side while holding the boxy table with two hands and didn't feel safe to use the railing because it is not stable as it's been knocked off center several times by previous tenants and the landlord while transporting heavy items like refrigerators and furniture. Every step I took I used my foot to feel for the edge of the step and then let my foot step down as the back of my heel slid down along the back of the step till my foot landed squarely on the next step below me. I made it down about 30 of the 40 stairs until the front of my shoe got hooked under a metal nose trim that was bent up in an upside down V or U shape and I lost my balance. This nose trim was the 2nd step down of 4 from a landing. I couldn't get proper footing and my left foot went flying forward in a desperate attempt to land while still standing but the top of my body began to fly forward and my left foot landed in such a manner the ankle got dislocated and bones broke as the table I was holding slammed into the wall about one yard infront of the bottom landing area my foot landed on (landing, four steps and then another landing with a wall infront...one would then turn to go down about 10 more steps) and the table's two corners ended up making two bruised marks on my left chest area and right shoulder. I was in so much pain from my ankle I could address the pain in my right shoulder. After breaking my ankle and hitting the wall I fell to the side and onto my butt. My back was against the wall I fell face forward into and my leg was on the stairs. I grabbed my ankle and felt a snap or crunch and would not let go of the hold I had on my ankle becuase I thought if I did it would pop out. Turns out it was popped out! Anna Marie Madden from Apt 1 heard the commosion and popped her head out and called the ambulance for me. The tenants from #1, Brynlee and her grandmother were coming into the building, I believe after the EMS guys arrived. All three of these people are lowlifes and liars. Lies are being told that I was wearing high heels and one of the heels broke off. I was wearing a walking shoe with a slight rubber wedge heel that was all one piece from the front of the toe to the back...it was a wedged heel shoe. The entire sole would have had to have torn off and that wasn't the case and it wasn't a high heel. I have a recording of Anna Marie telling the judge that I always wear high heels and blah, blah, blah. I basically asked her a line of questions that made her look like the lying fool that she was and Judge Schectherly ended up putting her in her place by stating he could tell what kind of person she was. I'm assuming he could tell she was jealous of me and was saying things to get in good with the landlord. The EMS guy told me to leave me shoe on my foot to prevent some swelling. The hospital might have video of me entering or being wheeled around with the shoe visible. I'd like for these witnesses to be questioned seperately in private from the others (as I kept them at the DJ's office) about what the shoe looked like, what color it was, which shoe right or left etc. Did the EMS grab the heel? Did I grab the heel? What was done with the broken heel? I'm pretty sure they would all come up with 4-5 very different stories as there was no broken heel and it wasn't a high heel. Pat and his sister were in the apt. and saw me as well. They brought about a dozen witnesses to testify against me at my eviction hearing. Only the landlord Corey Fleisher and Anna testified against me and no one else was heard! I don't know HALF of the witnesses, they are drug using friends of Pat & Anna. I'll elaborate on the trial a little further down from here.
Anna called Corey Fleisher after she called an ambulance for me. I overheard her loud mouth saying "I thought I'd let you know that Eva fell down the steps and hurt her ankle and I called an ambulance. I thought you'd want to know cause you know how she is!" I did not call the landlord on 12-13-13 because he was already put on notice by Anna and I was furious with him at this point because my ankle was broken and Christmas was right around the corner and I was still living in a filthy dirty pig sty and he blew me off since 11-23-13 about finishing the apt and flooring. ***This was the first time I played Corey's game of blowing him off and not responding in a timely manner and let him get a taste of his own medicine! I waited till 8pm to respond. ***I had to crawl down 40 disgustingly filthy, vile, sticky, contaminated with garbage juice bacteria and God knows what else, steps on my butt because I could not use the crutches or walker on the stairs to go to the bank to pull out some money. The tellers didn't know how to handle a PayPal debit card cash withdrawal at their window and I got held up. I was at the bank when Corey texted me. I crawled up about 30 of the steps and Corey and Ronald Fleisher where at the top of the 10 stairs in front of me, standing in front of my door. I expressed my disgust of having to come up such filthy dirty stairs and that my jeans were getting ripped up by several of the damaged, bent, crinkled, nose stair trims and several of their protruding nails. Corey then proceeded to hammer at the metal nose trim and the nails protruding from the metal trim with the force of a brut that didn't know any better instead of gently tapping the nails in. By using such force he "dimpled" the trim even worse. The word "dimpled" is his own words which you will see in a future text. Bottom line, he didn't fix the problem but made it worse because he is inept at much of the carpentry work he does. I then crawled up the rest of the steps opened my door and let them in to lay the ceramic tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. Corey had to leave because he didn't bring any spacers to put between the tiles. I believe he had to leave again cause he didn't have enough stuff to lay the tile with. He put three 24" square brown tiles in a diagonal pattern between all the 12" square white tiles. The brown tiles are about 1/8" to 1/4" taller than the surrounding white tiles!!! Not only are they trip hazards but the one brown tile is right in front of the back door and you can't open the door without it catching on the tile itself!!! Corey saws the bottom of the door off leaving about a 1" long gap for the frigid below freezing cold weather to invade my home as well as MICE! I've killed 2 so far :-( Seeing dead mice is very traumatizing for me. Ever since I got PTSD I have been adversely affected by even seeing road kill and it's even worse knowing that "I" am causing the pain and suffering for these poor animals that are getting caught in my mouse traps!
I had surgery on 12-14-13 and came home from the hospital on 12-15-13. Not only was my foot in a cast and the landlord was made aware of the fact that I dislocated my ankle and broke two bones but my shoulder apparently got reinjured or aggravated when I fell into the wall on 12-13-13 and I had great difficulty using the crutches or walker because it hurt my torn muscle in my shoulder to put pressure on my arm/shoulder. Even so, this slumlord expected me to play hopscotch with a broken ankle and on pain medication JUST ONE WEEK AFTER MAJOR FOOT SURGERY through a landmine of protruding spacers to get to a door and put a towel in front of it. I did walk over to the door to put some trash outside and take pictures of the raised tile but with much difficulty and actually knocked over some of the spacers and domino like ceramic spacers which caused me to royally stub my 4th toe into the walker and it felt like I severely bruised it. I took some pictures of this bullshit and then hopped away from it. I recently had X-rays of my right foot's 4th toe because it still hurts. I was told there are no broken bones but I am going to request an MRI because my toe should not hurt as it does after 9 weeks.

The protruding spacers need removed and grout between the tile. I cannot get to the door in my condition, with a walker to put a towel infront of the 1" gap from the sawed door you left and this has left my apt open for mice to come in from the hazardous rotting deck that has shards of wood protruding that I can trip over. I've complained aobut the tenants messing up the stairs, railings and banisters and you never fixed all those issues nor removed the rotting hazardous deck and I tripped on one of your hazardous stair trims withprotruding nails and broke my ankle. He also left instructions for me to stay off the kitchen flooring for 3 days and then to wipe up the grout from the flooring by sponge cleaning it several times. WTH??? I just texted this slumlord that I needed to stay off my foot. How did he expect me to get on my hands and knees to wipe up the dried grout all over the tile??? As it is, two months later, I have tried to mop the floor standing (I am allowed to walk on my foot) and I can not get the dried on encrusted grout off the floor. I would have to scour it away or chip away at it. Dirt/debris is getting stuck on it. I can't scour anything with my shoulder as it is. I can type because the torn muscle is not affected by me typing. It just hurts if I move it a certain way or if I lay down. It's very painful at night and I have to take a pain killer just to sleep. Corey and/or Ronald Fleisher had damaged a tile in front of the refrigerator. The smashed it to pieces. Instead of replacing it with another piece of tile which they had plenty left over of, they came back and put an unsightly glob of epoxy glue over it! They put a door draft trim on the bottom of the door which made it incredibly difficult for me and others to open the door to the back deck to put trash out because it kept getting caught on the tall brown tile. This trim is now shredded up.

It has been 7 days since you put tile down without putting grout between them making a very unsafe surface for a person let alone a person with an injured foot to walk on. You also cut the bottom of the door off leaving a 1" gap the along the bottom of the door which allows the freezing cold and mice to gain access to my apt. If you do not finish the jobs you were supposed to do I will use the rent monies to hire people to do the work. The stairs are still hazardous with uneven trim and protruding nails. When you were at my apt. waiting for me to come up the last flight of stairs on my butt because I can't use crutches on the stairs yet I complained about the condition of the stairs again and the only thing you did was hammer some nails on that last flight of stairs before my door. Not only did you not do a good enough job but you neglected the rest of the 30 some steps! I have nurses, aides and therapists coming on a weekly basis and I have t warn them to be very careful on your stairs because of the protruding nails and damaged metal strips that are curled up as I broke my ankle becasue of these neglected stairs. I've complained about the condition of the stairs along with the filth and garbage juice on the carpeting and on the 21st I complained again stating that I have to crawl up the stairs on my butt and it's filthy and the protruding nails are tearing up my jeans. The only thing you did was hamer a few nails on the last few steps before me. If your damaged trim or protruding nails tear open my skin and not just my jeans I will cal an ambulance to take me to the ER for a tetanus shot at your expense. The cold air from the door and broken refrigerator are making my apt very uncomfortable and you never bothered to fix the leaking window like many other things you were supposed to fix or repair. The conditions of your stairs 7 or 1 year ago has no relevance on the conditions of your stairs now or 3 months ago. You were made aware of the fact tht Jason damaged the railing and steps bringing heavy furniture up and down your stairs on two occaisions when you were here. Nails are protruding and the trim is twisted and bent throughout the stairways because of Jason and other tenants. You are very lucky you did not break your neck on your hazardous stairs. I am crippled and am very unsteady on my one good leg, using either crutches or walker and you left a land mine of protruding spacers that you later sent Jason to remove at which he did a poor job probably cause he llooked like he was under the influence. It has been very dangerous for me to step on the kitchen floor tiles with no grout between them with gaps that catch my one good foot and/or the crutches or walker's bottoms. It's difficult to get around on crutches and you have left large raised boards ontop of the flooring under the stove adn the malfunctioning refrigerator (which needs replaced but you blow that off too). The board infront of the fridge is infront of the kitchen entrance way and makes getting into the kitchen very difficult as it is in the way, raised and there is a narrow space I have to squeeze through while avoiding the unfinished tiles with cracks that can make me loose footing. Whether I was wearing high heels or not is neither here nor there. My short heeled shoe got snagged on the 2nd step of 4 after Pat's apt. and that is still one of many hazardous metal strips. Even if I was wearing high heels WHICH I'VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH the ISSUE IS NOT MY FOOTWEAR, IT IS YOUR HAZARDOUS STAIRS! I have the left SHORT HEALED shoe which I can't wear on my casted left foot and it has a mark from where it got snagged on your raised trim. Yes, I was carrying a table and tHerefor WAS EVEN MORE CAUTIOUS WITH EACH AND EVERY STEP I TOOK becasue I could not look down so with EVERY SINGLE STEP I extended one foot forward, lowered it slowly as I felt for the back of EVERY SINGLE STEP and then used the BACK OF MY HEEL ALONG THE BACK OF EACH STEP TILL I REACHED THE TOPOF THE NEXT STEP! Once my foot got a steady balance on the next step I moved the other foot forward until I reached the end of that step and would begin to slide the back of that foot down the back of the next step till I reached the next step and was able to stand steady on that foot before I moved the other foot again. It was after I gained a steady foothold and felt safe to move the foot behind me foward when my foot got SNAGGED ON YOUR DAMAGED AND RAISED TRIM and "THAT" is how I became crippled and my rotator cuff re-injured WHICH GOT JUNURED CAUSE YOU WERE TOO CHEAP TO PUT DOWN PROPER FLOORING IN THE 2ND BEDROOM AND YOU PUT 9ML SLIPPERY PLASTIC DOWN FOR ME TO WALK ON! Trust me, I'd LOVE to move out of this hellhole but can not afford to do so, so I will have to rely on the law to make you uphold your landlord duties.

***Corey and Ronald Fleisher finished the flooring and left stuff all over the place and did not clean up the tile. He asked for rent and I gave him a 5 page letter with a list of issues that were hand written. I took a photograph of the letter before giving it to him. Corey and Ronald Fleisher started berating me verbally inside my apartment. Corey was saying stuff that I didn't want to argue with him about because he was not being reasonable and I asked them to leave, get out of my apartment but they continued verbally accosting me as they made their way to the door. Corey kept his foot in the doorway preventing me from closing the door on them to stop the harassment. Corey was yelling at me and pointing his finger in my face as he was yelling that he is not a liar. I yelled back at him stating that he was too a liar and to get his foot out of the door. Ronald Fleisher was yelling at me as well and then Anna Madden came out of her apartment from down below and started to verbally accost me as well. The Fleisher's had stopped into the Madden's residence prior to coming to my place. I am assuming he filled them in with his issues with me and Anna thought it was her place to come out and verbally assault me as she spread malicious lies about me. She stated that I had problems with other landlords and had spread cat shit all over the last place I lived! I actually owned that mobile home and got illegally evicted. The landlord, Frank Perano is in Federal Prison for being negligent in maintaining his properties (dumping raw sewage into waterways and providing contaminated water for his tenants) and the last thing I would have done was cause damage to the mobile home I had fixed up to resell and raised it's value to be worth $10-$12,000.00 and I would get double or treble the value of the home once I won my lawsuit. When Anna started to tear into me spreading slanderous lies to the landlord in an attempt to make me lose the roof over my head I put an end to her verbal assault and said "At least I still have both my breasts." This made her and her husband Pat shut up and withdraw from attacking me and Corey and Ronald left. God knows I felt bad for saying what I did but I was under verbal assault from four adults that were attacking a mentally traumatized individual and that was the only way I could get Corey to get his foot out of my door and get all of them to shut up and retreat from attacking me.
***Corey Fleisher more than likely bolstered the tenants below me to become combative ("you know how she is" comment on 12-13-13 indicated the landlord and those tenants talk about me behind my back) and therefore making my peace/quiet compromised with intent.
***Corey and Ronald then went downstairs and entered Pat and Anna's apartment. He then went to DJ Shechterly's office and posted an eviction hearing notice on my door.
***I was not given a ten day notice as required by law and my lease does not wave such a right.
***I was verbally ganged up on/assaulted 3 more times by Pat and Anna. Once a blonde haired lady who was helping me bring some groceries upstairs was witness to this attack. Her mother lives across the street, next block up. I was telling her about how I fell down the stairs because of the trim and telling her to be careful as I was going up the stairs while on my butt and Anna came out as we got by her doorway and started yelling at me asking me what my problem was with her! I yelled back at her "What is my problem with you? What is your problem with me?!? You're the one coming out of their apartment and attacking me by spreading malicious false lies to Corey. What is your problem with me?!?" The other time I was by myself. Pat came out of his apt. and into the hallway and was laughing his head off at me while I stood outside the building waiting for someone to walk by and ask them to help me bring some groceries upstairs. The last time was when the landlord came to install smoke alarms and Pat and Anna started spewing assaults again. This type of behavior was instigated by the landlord.

****Ron? a taxi cab driver from Reading Cab was slipping/sliding on the tile in front of the building's entrance door as he was trying to help me stand up from the sitting position I was in from having come down the stairs on my butt. I had much difficulty trying to stand up because it was like an ice skating rink. The driver had even more difficulty trying to enter the property at 31 N. 2nd St. where my wheelchair was stored. To date Corey Fleisher has not put a mat at either of these properties. I brought this to the attention of the Newport Borough Council in January but they have been derelict of their duties of enforcing zoning laws for over four months now.

There is hot water now!?! There was NO hot water when I texted you and I let the water run for 2-3 minutes and only got cold water. Is someone else on my water line? This past week I tried to wash dishes and the water turned cold in less than 2-3 minutes. The guy I hired to inspect my apt. timed the water to last only 5 minutes which is how it's been for the 4 months I've been here and this morning NO hot or lukewarm water...just cold. I turned the electricity to the hot water off at the fuse box just now.
***Corey Fleisher fixed the burnt out element (I think) and instead of turning the scalding hot water down as I requested him to do he turned it up hotter! This is costing me extra electricity and is uncomfortable when the water gets too hot. I have not been able to tell him about this because I was preparing for the trial and afterwards I was physically threatened by Ronald Fleisher.
Judge Schechterly stated he would have to take 3 days to look into the "Warrant of Habitability" laws before he passed any judgment. Schechterly clearly has very little knowledge in regard to landlord/tenant laws because he made statements about how it was normal to have mice (rodent infestation) and that he could order that the dirty oven with only two working burners and none working exhaust fan and the noisy, rumbling, pounding, leaking water and frigid air refrigerator be REMOVED and then I would have NOTHING to use! By law, if a landlord rents an apartment with appliances they HAVE to be working and repaired if they break down EVEN THOUGH my lease states otherwise! Schechterly refused to allow Commonwealth Codes Inspection's agent's 3 page right of code violations (which Schechterly had a copy of prior to the trial along with a copy of the lease). Schechterly then ruled against the landlord and against me and we both owe the court cost fees!
How can a tenant withhold rent due to Warrant of Habitability and other issues and the judge rule in favor of that tenant by stating they found that the landlord breached the Warrant of Habitability but ONLY by not having smoke alarms and a fire escape and until those are installed the tenant's rent would be $325.00 up to and including February and all I, the tenant would owe the landlord is $100.00 instead of $1,850 some dollars? I would say I won but why do I owe the court cost filing fees? This makes no sense.
***Landlord texted on Wednesday asking if he could install smoke alarms that night (giving me a 1-2 hour notice) but I texted back I wasn't home. He then texted back that he would "have to" install them "this Saturday" I figured that there was no reason to return an answer because he had stated that he would "HAVE TO" install them that it was not up for argument. I assumed he would show up but he didn't. at 7:07am asking if he could install a couple smoke alarms and I went off on him for waking me up so early because he knew better than to contact me before 11 or 1pm because I don't sleep too well. With EVERYTHING that has transpired I snapped at him and chastised him for texting me so early and waking me up and that it upset me so much that I didn't want to see him till the following week because I needed to calm down for all the chaos and calamity this man has caused in my life.
Saturday, I had a young 14 year old boy helping me around the house (to take the trash bags out) and he was witness to the Corey and Ronald's actions when they came to install the smoke alarms at all the resident's dwellings. Apparently Corey made no attempt to install them on Wednesday when he gave me less than reasonable notice of just a couple hours at a time I wasn't even at home to permit him to gain access to my apartment!
